North Central Animal Hospital offers a variety of services including: routine examinations, vaccinations, dentistry, general surgery, nutritional counseling, microchipping, radiology, pharmacy & laboratory services, and geriatric medicine.

Staff Members

Hillary Frank, D.V.M.

Veterinarian

Dr. Frank grew up in this area, and after completing her veterinary education in 1992, she returned to Arizona. She opened North Central Animal Hospital in 1995.
Dr. Frank participates in local and national seminars, far exceeding the AVMA minimum for continuing education. She brings the latest techniques, diagnostic tools, and treatments back to the hospital, to provide her patients, including exotics, with superior care.
She is familiar with the area, has close ties to the neighborhoods surrounding her practice, and is dedicated to serving the clients and pets of the community.
